先日は、水揚げから出荷までの様子を見学＆撮影させていただきました📷

漁業の現場や魚・海の生態系について、普段なかなか聞けない話をたくさん伺えて、とても興味深い時間でした👀✨

錦江アグリツアーでは、「食」と向き合う体験も企画中。
命をいただくことの意味を、実際に見て・聞いて・感じていただける機会を準備しています🐟

In Kinko Town, yellowtail amberjack (Hiramasa) is also farmed 🐟
The other day, we had the chance to observe and film the process — from catch to shipment! 🎥

We learned so much about the current state of the fishing industry and the marine ecosystem — stories we had never heard before. It was incredibly insightful 👀✨
